Secretary General Julie Bynens of the Flanders Chancellery and Foreign Office gave an online lecture to the newly recruited Taiwan diplomats in training at the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 24th 2024. The topic of her lecture was “Flanders' Foreign Policy and its Role in the European Union.”
